Included in all Villa de Amore All-Inclusive Wedding Packages. Villa de Amore offers AMAZING wedding catering. Executive Chef Michael oversees the extensive wedding catering menu and all of the food is prepared in the Villa's onsite kitchen. Fresh, and Organic indgredients mean that you will have Very Happy guests! (And our Day of Coordinator will make sure you have time to enjoy your food too!)
"...The catering for the Villa is done in house and is one part of the all-inclusive package that can not be swapped out. After tasting their food I can't see why anyone would want to. When we came for our tasting before the wedding we were blown away at how flavorful and exquisite the food dishes were. This isn't just a steak and chicken type of establishment. We ended up choosing the Pork wrapped in prosciutto and Chicken Marsala which were both great options. Crostini: Toasted Baguette Chips:
Caprese- Tomato, Basil leaf and fresh Mozzarella dressed with a Brown Sugar Balsamic Reduction
Heirloom- Heirloom Tomato, Cucumber, Basil, shave Parmesan, and Chile-conrbread croutons, with Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette
Classic Wedge- Iceberg Lettuce, Tomato, Bacon, & your choice of Bleu Cheese or Buttermilk Ranch dressing
Roasted Beets: baby spinach, Roasted Red Betts, Citrus-Mint Vinaigrette, Queso Fresco, Mandarin Orange, and Quinoa
SWORDFISH: A thick-cut swordfish steak, topped with sweet green olive/pine nut tapenade, is grilled and served atop a bed of whipped new potatoes, and paired with half of a braised fennel bulb and a wedge of grilled lemon. Garnished with fennel/dill pesto.
Blue Circle CEDAR SALMON: Norwegian Salmon wrapped in cedar paper, served with roasted cauliflower wild rice, and green peas and carrots tossed in dil creme fraiche.
Mary's Farm Roasted Chicken: The skin-on breast of a Mary's Farm organic chicken, paired with chicken broth-infused wild rice pilaf, roasted asparagus, and a lemon-herb veloute, a chicken stock-based cream sauce.
GRILLED Mary's Farm CHICKEN MARSALA: A skinless chicken breast pounded flat grilled, smothered in a marsala wine and crimini mushroom sauce, served with roasted brussel sprouts tossed in bacon, and herbed roasted fingerling potatoes.
Glazed Pork Chop: Pork chop glazed with brown sugar and spices, topped with apple chutney, served with savory barley and a hash of seasonal squash and root vegetables.
PORK CUTLET: A crusted pork cutlet served with smoked gouda macaroni, charred broccolini, and hollandaise sauce.
PORK TENDERLOIN: Chef’s favorite! Pork tenderloin rubbed with Dijon mustard and rosemary is wrapped in prosciutto and baked until crisp, then cut into medallions. The meat is served on a bed of Southern-style braised collard greens and a smooth puree of red bliss potatoes, and the whole dish is drizzled with a sweet-and-sour cider vinegar gastrique.
WILD MUSHROOM or SHRIMP LINGUINE: Wild mushrooms or shrimp, cherry tomatoes, linguine pasta, and peas are tossed with crème fraiche and seasoned cream and finished with a light layer of rosemary breadcrumbs and finely grated parmesan cheese.
ITALIAN SAUSAGE PENNE PASTA: A grilled Italian sausage served atop a bed of penne pasta and sausage-infused tomato marinara sauce and button mushrooms, covered with grated parmesan.

Villa de Amore is the best choice for a vineyard wedding without a bunch of wine tasters watching you get married. Everything was easy and taken care of. You basically pick your dream wedding and Villa de amore makes it happen. Our March 4. 2012 wedding was beyond any vision or dream of a wedding I had. The Villa staff was right there making everything seamless and was very comforting. John our dj was like a personal assistant at the reception. He was so awesome! The new ballroom is just amazing. There is nowhere more beautiful to get married!! Soirée did the most beautiful bouquets and flower arrangements. Villa de amore picks the best vendors to work with. They really take care of everything! Loved our wedding day and will always recommend Villa de amore.
