When planning a wedding, we understand that there’s a lot to think about. In building this purpose-driven venue we wanted to bring the joy back to the planning experience. Our goal is to eliminate the worry about where your vendors are coming from and how you’re going to make it all work. We want you to remember why you are here and what it’s all about. You only get this day once, so it should be positive and memorable, with the least amount of stress.
From this mission, Villa de Amore has put together the perfect All-Inclusive Vineyard Wedding Package which incorporates an amazing amount of Amenities, from wedding decorations and furniture, to catering and photography. Below, experience and explore some of what’s included.
Gourmet catering
Our catering manager works with each of our couples to produce the perfect menu for their wedding. Chef Kyle, trained at Johnson & Wales University, and brings a diverse skill set to the kitchen and is able to create everything from flawless classic dishes to the trendiest in California cuisine.
Our couples and their guests really do rave about our catering and a large part of this is because of the fresh farm-to-table ingredients we use.

photography
One of the most important elements of a wedding is photography. We understand that these photos are how you will remember so many of the details and share them for years to come. The Villa offers a choice from two of Temecula’s best Wedding Photography companies. Whether your style is classic and traditional, or modern and ‘artsy’, our photographers are well versed in our venue, lighting and capture your individual look and all the special moments. Included are two photographers who will capture the days highlights, from getting ready to the dance floor. You will receive a digital download of 400 high resolution edited images with full reproduction rights so you can make as many copies as you like. Take a look at some of our feature galleries.
Flowers
Villa de Amore Floral Design is the custom in house florist provided to create all the arrangements and magical touches for your ceremony, dinner, and wedding reception. Our package includes the following:
- Bridal Bouquet
- Wedding Party Bouquets and Boutonnieres
- Corsages
- Aisle details
- Flower Girl Petals
- Cake Topper
- Toss Bouquet
- Centerpieces
Flowers included are Roses, Carnations, Dendrobium Orchids and in-season flowers.

are: Daffodils, Iris, Larkspur, Lilies, Lilacs, Peonies, Sweet Peas, Tulips, Calla Lilies, Dahlias,
Delphinium, Hydrangeas, Queen Anne’s lace, Stock, Sunflowers, Asters, Chrysanthemums, Zinnias,
Marigolds, Daffodil, Orchids and Ranunculus.
DJ
Ross Creations has been providing entertainment services to Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego and Orange Counties since 1986. They will not only provide wonderful and personalized music for your wedding reception, but will also MC your entire event, making sure your guests are informed, entertained and don’t miss any of the special moments. Based on your music style, you can create specific playlists for the entire night or let them read your group and keep your guests dancing.
Designer
With a full range of decorations and props, our couples can put together the style that fits them perfectly. With styles ranging from Vintage and Contemporary to Shabby Chic and Glam, our designer, Monique, will customize the venue to fit the your look. Couples have multiple areas on the wedding estate grounds they can utilize for creative photo shoots. These would include the formal rose gardens, lawns overlooking the vineyards, in front of any of the ornate gates, fountains or doorways of the Villa or the vineyards themselves.
Once a couple has booked their wedding, a design appointment will be scheduled. Our designer will meet with you at the Villa and talk through the process and answer any questions you have.
With the basic idea of what style you’re going for in mind, it’s time to visit the prop and decorations warehouse which includes; furniture, vases, urns, luggage pieces, clocks, typewriters, lamps, birdcages, and more.
day-of-coordinator
A day of Wedding Coordinator is providedand will have the answers to all your questions. We’ve helped hundreds of couples seamlessly get through their wedding day, from start to finish. With wedding party arrival at 2:00pm and 9 hours of use at the Villa, you can relax in the comfort of the wedding estate’s luxurious Bridal and Grooms suites. Your Day of Coordinator will ensure everyone is ready and in position so that no one will miss out on any part of the festivities.
At the Villa, we take pride in doing the work and handling all the details so that our couples can actually enjoy their wedding and reception.
wedding minister
The Villa’s included ministers will provide couples a variety of wedding ceremonies to review. Choose a complete ceremony or choose parts you like from different ones and they’ll create a custom wedding ceremony.
You can always use an officiant or minister of your choice, but if you don’t have one in mind, Villa de Amore’s are professional, caring and truly love what they do.
